The Holiday Penthouse
Casares del Sol Apartment Penthouse is situated in the south-western part of Andalucia, Costa del Sol, Spain. Roughly ½ hour from Gibraltar and Marbella, approx 45 mins from Malaga Airports , 10 minutes from Estepona and 5 minutes to Sabinillas and La Duquesa Port. The location is quiet and peaceful.
The Holiday Penthouse
We rent our Penthouse Holiday Home to those who love the sun and the warm friendly Casares Del Sol. It is an ideal place for the Golfers and family short breaks.
Our Penthouse is within the Luxury Casares Del Sol Development built to a high quality with stunning sea, golf and mountain views. The ports of Duquesa, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande are only a short distance away.
Local Beaches offer clean and secure bathing and are only a short walk from the site. It is a popular destination for the Spanish, English and European holiday makers.
Excellent quality golfing is in abundance with the benefit of the recently constructed 18 hole - 5 Star El Cortesin Golf Resort (soon as a part of the PGA Tour) and in front is the new Casares Golf Club. The Most famous Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande Golf Clubs are also within short drive.
The Casares del Sol Complex has stunning tropical gardens, 6 swimming pools for adults and children, secured underground parking, video porter and 24 hrs onsite security on duty.

Second Bedroom with 2 single beds each with a headboard, fitted wardrobes, storage cabinet with 4 drawers, bedside table and lamp and curtains
A large living / dining area with 4 seater sofa, tables and chairs, etc.
A fully fitted kitchen complete with white goods
Separate laundry area with washing machine
Patio Area with table and chairs

The Outside Furniture
We have provided patio furniture for the terrace (beside living room) and rooftop solarium furniture with sun lounges. Please feel free to move them around but please do not take them to the swimming pool area or to the beach. The pool area is equipped with its own sun lounges.
Centralised Air Conditioning /Heating System :
The Penthouse has a centralised aircon with heating facilities. You are welcome to benefit from this but we would ask you to ensure all the doors and windows are shut to conserve energy and only use them when necessary, i.e. switch off from wall when you are out.

Bed Linens, Towels & Cleaning:
All bed linens, towels are provided and will be changed for laundry at the end of your stay. If you would like to have your bed linen / towels laundered and replaced during your stay we can arrange this for you at an extra cost.
Please note that we do not provide beach/pool towels.
The penthouse will be cleaned before you arrive and on your departure. If you would like the house cleaned during your stay please advise us before your holiday and we can arrange this for you at an extra cost. We have an English/Spanish speaking Maid in Spain Agent /Contact who will be present to hand you the keys and will be there to help.
