You place a deposit to secure your booking and pay in full 8 weeks
before your holiday.


FAQs :

Q. What happens to the deposit?
A. The deposit is refunded to your bank or we send you a cheque 2
weeks after full inspection by our Agent that the penthouse is in a
reasonable state with NO losses.In the unlikely event that something
gets broken; for example the flat screen TV we will deduct the
replacement value from the deposit and refund the balance.

Q. What happens if the plane is delayed and we don’t get to the penthouse at the time expected?
A. We ask you to telephone us in the UK to tell us so we
will then notify our Agent in Spain to adjust getting the keys to
you.

Q.Why do you charge extra for the use of electricity and water ?
A. We would like our guests/customers not to abuse the use of the water,                                                                                heating and air conditioning.We would be happy if all guests use the heating or air condition                                                                                                           only when necessary. A minimum standard rate of £37.50/ week will be charged                                                                                                    per day and the property owners have the right to charge extra
depending on use.We will  automatically deduct cost from your deposit.
